OnlyWaifux is a small Swiss-operated online service for browsing, discovering, and collecting fictional/anime character artwork. The service may include SFW content as well as fictional/anime mature or adult-oriented content.

These terms apply when you access or use OnlyWaifux, create an account, save images, interact with features, or contact us.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access any mature or adult-oriented areas of OnlyWaifux. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that viewing fictional/anime mature content is legal where you live.

OnlyWaifux is intended for fictional/anime artwork. Real-person sexual content, non-consensual content, exploitation, or illegal content is not allowed.

• You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
• You must provide accurate information when using account or support features.
• We may limit, suspend, or remove access if these terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
• Free access may include public/free content. Premium or Ultimate access is planned for future mature or premium content.

Paid subscriptions or paid feature access may be introduced later. Payments are not described here as currently live. When payments launch, card and payment data will not be stored directly by OnlyWaifux and will be handled by an external payment provider, such as CCBill, Segpay, or another suitable processor.

Pricing, features, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund rules will be shown before purchase when payment features become available.

• Do not use OnlyWaifux for unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or security-breaking activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, age restrictions, or technical protections.
• Do not request, illegal content or content involving real minors.
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute large parts of the service without permission.

The OnlyWaifux name, site design, code, branding, and platform content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the service for personal viewing and account features, but you do not receive ownership of the platform or its content.

We may update, pause, remove, or change features as the service grows. We try to keep OnlyWaifux available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
