Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds will be handled once paid subscriptions or paid features are launched.

1. Current payment status
Payments, subscriptions, and paid upgrades are planned but are not currently described as live in this policy. Free browsing and account features may remain available while payment processing is prepared.
2. Future payment handling
When payments launch, OnlyWaifux will not store card or payment data directly. Payment details, authorization, billing, and payment security will be handled by an external payment provider, such as CCBill, Segpay, or another suitable processor.
3. Digital content and subscriptions
Paid access, if introduced, is expected to provide digital access to premium or mature fictional/anime content and account features. Refund eligibility may depend on the payment provider rules, applicable law, subscription status, access already used, fraud checks, and the reason for the request.
4. Refund requests
Once payments launch, refund requests should be sent to support@onlywaifux.com with the account email, transaction reference if available, purchase date, and a short explanation. We may redirect you to the payment provider if the provider must process the refund directly.
5. Non-refundable situations
- Requests involving abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violation of the Terms of Service may be refused.
- Refunds may be unavailable for time already used, access already consumed, or renewals not cancelled before the renewal date, subject to applicable law.
- Taxes, fees, currency conversion differences, or provider fees may be handled according to the payment provider's rules.
6. Changes before launch
This policy may be updated before paid features launch so it matches the final processor, checkout flow, subscription terms, and applicable compliance requirements.
